Very cold, very weak now.. am i falling sick?

can feeling the numbness on both hand and leg.. hungry but yet no more energy to eat.. anyone want to feed me? so that i only have to open my mouth and chew that's all..

Sms ling to tell her about it.. she wanted me to rush home and take a good rest.. but am still in office rushing my quotation.. doubt will be able to get online tonight so here i'm nagging again..
